Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at info@themenocollective.com.
  • Monthly Memberships: Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused portions of the month.
  • Annual Memberships: Annual memberships are non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee period. By purchasing an annual membership, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for early cancellation or unused time.

To maintain a respectful and inclusive environment, users must adhere to the following guidelines:
