My doctor told me I was "too young for menopause" and handed me a prescription for antidepressants.

I knew there had to be a better way.

So I got certified. I studied the science. I dove deep into perimenopause research, hormone health, and evidence-based nutrition. I built the roadmap I wish I'd had—one that actually works.
