You know exactly what to do. Doing it is the part that keeps falling apart.
And that gap was never a discipline problem. It's a full life and a changing body, and no one built you a plan for the week you actually get.
This is the layer most plans skip. The teacher in your corner who translates the evidence into one steady thing to do this week, and helps you actually do it when the week falls apart.
You already know what to do. The hard part is doing it.
You've read the books and the studies. You can recite the basics in your sleep.
The gap isn't knowledge. It's execution in a real week. The 3am wake-ups. The week your kid gets sick or work goes sideways. The training block you started strong and quietly dropped when the night sweats came back. The protein target you nailed Monday through Wednesday and abandoned by Saturday.
The menopause transition makes that gap wider. The foundations still work. They just need to be translated into the body and life you're actually in right now.
And it was never a discipline problem. The plan was built for a week you don't get, and no one sat with you to translate it for the body you're in now. That's the part we fix together.
Menopause transition coaching that holds when your week doesn't
The foundations, scaled to the week you're actually in, with hormones in the math when they belong there.
Weekly review
One structured check-in that catches drift before it becomes a spiral. We look at what worked, what didn't, and what's actually possible for the seven days in front of you.
Tactical workarounds
Plans that flex for the week in front of you. Travel, sick kid, training cycle, symptom flare. The plan moves with the week instead of against it.
Hormone-aware translation
When the menopause transition is in the picture, it changes the math. Training load, recovery, protein, sleep, doctor questions. I do that translation so you aren't piecing it together alone.
Long-game support
Coaching through life seasons, not 12-week sprints. Moves, grief, training cycles, work crunches, kids leaving for university. The work continues, the plan adapts.
Nourish · Move · Flourish
The three foundations of coaching with me, in the 1:1 context.
Nutrition
Calories, protein, food planning, tracking as a tool for awareness. Macros that fit your week, not a meal plan you abandon by Thursday.
Training
Strength, cardio, walking, recovery. Scaled through symptoms, training cycles, and the energy you actually have, not the energy you wish you had.
The Long Game
Weekly review, planning, sleep, stress, mindset, doctor advocacy when it's relevant. The layer that keeps the work going when life gets loud.
This is for the woman who has already done the reading
This is for you if
- You're navigating the menopause transition (peri, meno, or post) and want a coach who actually gets it
- You're 40+, busy, and don't need another plan you can't follow
- You've tried knowing more and now you need help executing
- You want nutrition coaching, training coaching, or both
- You want to use HSA/FSA funds if eligible
- You want someone in your corner for the long game, not a six-week reset
This is not for you if
- You want a quick fix or a two-week reset
- You're looking for restrictive meal plans and rigid templates
- You want a coach who won't ask about sleep, stress, drinking, or the parts of your week you usually skip past
- You don't want a coach in your corner week to week
- You want one fixed plan that never moves, no matter what your week throws at you
How 1:1 menopause transition coaching works
Choose nutrition coaching, training coaching, or both. Delivered through the Macros Inc platform and app.
Custom nutrition framework
Macros and meal structure that fits your life, your training, and where you actually are in the transition. Not a meal plan. A framework that flexes.
Strength and conditioning programming
Training that scales through symptoms, recovery, and seasons. Built for the body you have now, not the one you had at 30.
Weekly 1:1 review
A structured check-in every week. We look at the data, the friction, and the week ahead. Drift gets caught before it becomes a spiral.
24/7 messaging support
Direct access to me through the Macros Inc app between reviews, so we can troubleshoot while the week is actually happening.
Macros Inc app and data
Track nutrition, training, energy, sleep, and habits in one place. Real data drives real plan adjustments.
Menopause transition overlay
Hormone-aware tweaks, doctor question prep, and HRT-curious conversation when it's relevant. The translation layer most coaches skip.
Long-game accountability
Coaching that continues through life seasons. The work doesn't reset every twelve weeks. It compounds.
HSA/FSA eligible
Most plans qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Check with your specific plan to confirm.
The platform is Macros Inc. The coach is me. You apply through Macros Inc, choose your plan, and we get to work. The Meno Collective is a separate community education space. Both are with me, both are independent of each other.

What clients actually say
Real client words. Real wins.
“I can now manage my macros like a pro when traveling and I have a full toolkit to address every situation. I've lost weight despite menopause, huge work stress, tons of travel and chronic shoulder injuries.”
Weight loss through menopause, travel, work stress, and chronic injury
“I have been in perimenopause since 2021. I had been losing and gaining the same 5 lbs for over 18 months… She had been where I am so Catharine's empathy is a God's send. Now everything is making sense.”
Off the same 5-lb cycle after 18 months
“I've learned as I've gotten older that when I need some room to breathe, something needs to come off my plate and not still try to juggle it all.”
Learned to let something come off the plate, and instead scale what is truly important

The questions women actually ask
Do I have to be in the menopause transition to work with you?
This page is built for women in the menopause transition (peri, meno, or post) because that's the work I do most and where I bring the deepest expertise. If you're 40+ and either approaching it, in it, or through it, you're in the right place. If you're younger and want a nutrition and training coach, reach out and we can talk about whether we're a fit.
How is this different from the Perimenopause Navigator?
The Navigator is group education, eight weeks, structured curriculum. 1:1 is ongoing execution coaching with a custom plan, weekly review, and messaging through Macros Inc. Same person, different jobs. You can do one or both.
What does it cost, and how do I sign up?
Pricing varies by plan length and whether you want nutrition only or nutrition plus training. You apply directly through Macros Inc using the button on this page. We hop on a call, talk through where you are and what you need, and build the right plan from there. Most plans qualify for HSA/FSA. Pricing is in USD through Macros Inc.
What's the time commitment?
One weekly review check-in. Logging through the app a few minutes a day. Messaging between reviews when you need it. Training and food fit your real schedule, not the other way around.
Come back to yourself, one steady week at a time.
You don't have to grind harder or follow a stricter plan to get there. You do the work with someone in your corner, and one day you notice you feel like yourself again, and that you were strong the whole way through. When you're ready, we start with a conversation.
