Perimenopause finally makes sense.
Ten weeks with a real teacher in the room, translating what's happening into what to do.
Evergreen enrollment. A real teacher in the room every week.
A live, evergreen 10-week program for women 40+ who are tired of piecing it together at 3am. Ten modules, one weekly Live Room on Google Meet (alternating time slots), two self-paced bonus packs, and a framework you keep for good.
Enrollment opens soon. Program starts Monday, September 14, 2026.

"I've tried everything and nothing works for me anymore."
"My doctor says my bloodwork is fine. But something is not fine."
"I don't want another program I'll never finish. I'm too tired for that."
"What if this is just what getting older feels like and I have to accept it?"
Those aren't weak thoughts. They're the natural result of being failed by a system that wasn't built to understand perimenopause, and let down by programs that gave you information but not support.
This is different. Not because of what's in it. Because of what happens when you're actually in a room with someone who gets it, learning alongside women going through the exact same thing, in real time.
The information is everywhere. The teaching isn't.
The 3am wake-ups. The weight that won't budge. The brain fog that turns into "where was I?" mid-sentence. The mood swings between rage and tears with zero warning. The doctors who told you everything looks fine when it clearly isn't.
And you've tried to figure it out. You've Googled at 3am. You've scrolled wellness Instagram. You've watched the TikTok protocols. You've tried supplements influencers swore by. You've listened to the podcasts, read the articles, bought the books. And you're still here, still waking up at 3am, still feeling like something is wrong that nobody can explain.
The problem isn't a shortage of information. It's a flood of it, with no real teacher in the room to translate what actually matters for your body, your week, your life. That's exactly what the Perimenopause Navigator is.
Foundations, then Nourish, Move, Flourish.
One framework runs through everything I teach, from this program to the podcast to 1:1 work. It starts with Foundations: the biology of what's actually happening in your body, so nothing you're feeling stays a mystery. Then three ways you work with it.
Foundations
What's actually happening. The stages, the hormonal shifts, the changes to your body, your heart, and your risk. The biology, translated, so you stop guessing.
Nourish
How you fuel it. The nutrition foundations and the math underneath what you eat. Tracking as a tool for awareness, not a forever rule.
Move
How you build it. Strength, cardio, walking, and recovery, scaled through symptoms and life seasons. The body you want now and the bones you'll need at 70.
Flourish
How you carry it. Sleep, mood, stress, doctor advocacy, and the long game. How you coach yourself when the week falls apart.
A format built for a real week, not a perfect one.
About an hour of class a week, sometimes a little more if you stay for the chat. You choose when. Nothing about this format demands a perfect Tuesday night every Tuesday night.
From a live workshop I taught for Macros Inc. This is what the room feels like.
Each week: Your module lands.
A short audio or video module, plus any downloads tied to that week (worksheets, trackers, scripts, references). Designed for a walk, a commute, or a quiet half hour with coffee. You watch or listen when it fits.
Mid-week: The Live Room.
One weekly Live Room on Google Meet. Think office hours with the teacher. Time slots alternate week to week so women in different time zones get live access. Drop in with your questions and go deeper on the week's module with a real teacher in the room. Every Live Room is recorded.
Between sessions: Replays and recap notes.
Every Live Room is recorded and goes up within 24 hours, with a short recap so you can catch the thread of the week even if you missed the room itself.
After 10 weeks: A toolkit that's yours.
You leave with a complete perimenopause toolkit, the recordings, the worksheets, the framework, two bonus packs, and the language to walk into your doctor's office and actually be heard.
The three things most women think before they join
-
"I've tried programs before and nothing sticks."
This isn't a self-paced course you'll bookmark and never open. It's a 10-week program with a real teacher in the Live Rooms with you every week, and a structure that builds module over module. Weekly module, then pick the Live Room that fits your week.
If you've never had a certified menopause coaching specialist in the room with you in real time, you haven't tried this. -
"I don't have the time or energy for one more thing."
About an hour a week, with one Live Room you can drop into. If life happens, watch the replay. The weekly module is built for a walk or a commute, not another night sat at the kitchen table.
This was built for women already running on empty, not women with hours to spare. -
"What if I do this and still don't feel better?"
That's not a question about motivation. That's a question about trust, and it makes complete sense if you've been failed before. The Navigator isn't a treatment.
It's understanding. And understanding doesn't fail you. You will leave knowing exactly what's happening in your body, why it's happening, and what the evidence actually says about your options. That clarity doesn't disappear if your symptoms take time to shift. The women who feel most lost in perimenopause aren't the ones whose symptoms are the worst.
They're the ones who have no framework for what's happening to them. That's what this changes, permanently.
The Meno Collective: 10-Week Perimenopause Navigator
A live, evergreen 10-week education program. Not a membership. Not a self-paced course collecting dust in your inbox. Ten modules of structured learning, live teaching, and a real teacher in the Live Rooms with you every week.
- Ten modules of structured teaching, evergreen enrollment
- Weekly module drop (audio or video, plus downloads)
- One weekly Live Room on Google Meet (alternating time slots so both hemispheres have access)
- Two self-paced bonus packs: GLP-1s and the Supplement Reality Check
- Replays of every Live Room within 24 hours
- A real teacher in the Live Rooms every week, not a course you watch alone
- A complete perimenopause toolkit you keep after the program ends
The Live Rooms are intentionally small. You're not a face in a crowd of hundreds. You get to ask YOUR questions, about YOUR body, about YOUR situation.
Already working with me 1:1 through Macros Inc? The Perimenopause Navigator is the education layer that puts everything we're doing together in context. Understanding the why behind your body's changes makes the work land differently. You're welcome here, at the same $247 CAD as everyone else.
Still on the fence about whether the Navigator is the right fit?
Take the 3-minute perimenopause quiz. You'll know your stage and the foundations worth working on next.
Ten modules. Four pillars. One framework you keep.
Each module sits inside one of the four pillars. The tag on each card tells you which one. The teaching builds on itself, module over module, so by Module 10 you have a whole framework, not a pile of disconnected tips.
It's Not You. Here's What's Actually Happening.
The hormonal shifts, the stages, the timeline. Everything you've been experiencing finally gets an explanation. This is the module a lot of women cry with relief, because they realise nothing is wrong with them.
When It's Not Just Perimenopause
The one most programs skip. How to tell everyday perimenopause changes from the things that need a doctor's eyes: heavy bleeding, thyroid, early menopause. You leave knowing what's normal, what's not, and when to make the call.
Sleep, Energy & the 3am Wake-Up
There's a reason you can't sleep, and it has nothing to do with willpower or stress management. We cover what's driving it, what the evidence says actually helps, and what you can stop trying.
Emotions, Mood & the Rage That Comes From Nowhere
The anxiety, the irritability, the crying at commercials. You're not losing your mind. Once you understand the hormonal underpinning of all of it, you can stop fighting yourself and start working with what's actually happening.
Your Changing Body: Weight, Metabolism & Muscle
The scale moved and your jeans don't fit and nothing you used to do is working. There's a clear physiological reason for all of it. Understanding it won't just make you feel better, it will change how you approach your body going forward.
Your Heart at Midlife
The number one health risk after menopause, and the one nobody raises at your physical. What changes in your heart and your cholesterol, why it happens quietly, and the simple checks that catch it early.
Eating With Your Hormones
Not another set of rules. What the research actually supports, what you can stop worrying about, and how to cut through most of the nutrition noise in your feed. Simple, clear, grounded in science.
Move Like You Mean It
Your old routine stopped working and you've probably blamed yourself for it. You shouldn't. We cover what the evidence says about movement in perimenopause, what's worth your energy, and what you can let go of.
Getting Heard by Your Doctor
What to ask for, how to ask for it, and what your options actually are. MHT, non-hormonal options, testosterone, the evidence on all of it, so you decide with confidence, not just default to what your doctor reached for first.
Your Toolkit & What's Next
The last module pulls ten weeks of clarity into one toolkit that's yours to keep. What's true, what's not, and exactly what to do next.
GLP-1s & Weight-Loss Medications
Self-paced, yours to keep. What they are, what the evidence says, and how they fit alongside the foundations, without the hype or the fear.
The Supplement Reality Check
Self-paced, yours to keep. Creatine, collagen, magnesium, and the rest. What's worth your money, what isn't, and how to spot marketing dressed up as science.
You don't have to take my word for it
"Her wisdom and knowledge within the changing hormones landscape have been invaluable to me. She assesses without rushing, understands the science and helps so you can find your own answers that work for you. Understanding just how big an impact perimenopause is having on my overall well-being, work, parenting and outlook on life has been epic. Where I felt down on myself she kept encouraging and cheerleading, giving me hope we would find answers and that this phase would pass. Knowing I'm not alone in it has been life-saving."
Eleni H.
"Catharine explained what was happening to my body in a way no doctor ever had."
Jessica D.
"I finally understood why everything changed after 40. She makes the science make sense."
Amanda L.
"She doesn't talk at you, she teaches you in a way you actually absorb."
Sydney P.
"For the first time I felt like I understood my own hormones."
Nicole C.
The Perimenopause Navigator is for you if…
An evergreen live program. Not a self-paced course, not a membership. Here's who it's built for:
- You're 40+ and something has shifted. Your body feels unfamiliar and nobody is giving you a straight answer about why.
- You're tired of being told it's "just stress" or "just aging" when you know it's more than that.
- You want real, science-based information. Not wellness influencer fluff. Not your aunt's advice about black cohosh.
- You want to learn from someone who has actually been through it, not someone reading from a script.
- You like the idea of a Live Room where you can actually ask questions and be heard.
- You're ready to stop piecing this together at 11pm with 14 tabs open.
This is NOT for you if:
- You want a quick fix or a magic supplement.
- You're looking for medical advice or a replacement for your doctor.
- You prefer to figure things out entirely on your own. Nothing wrong with that. This just isn't that.
I'm Catharine. I teach this work because I lived it.
At 42, I couldn't get out of bed. I'd been a nutrition and training coach for over a decade by then. I knew every "perfect" rule because I taught them for a living. And I felt like a ghost of who I used to be.
Three doctors told me I was fine. I wasn't. The fourth one named what was actually happening and said, "this is perimenopause, and we can't fix it because you aren't broken, but we can help you feel a lot better while you go through it." I have never felt so vindicated in my life.
I went deep into the science of perimenopause from there. Layered menopause-specific certifications on top of my existing nutrition and training credentials. And I noticed something I hadn't clocked from inside my own crash: the information isn't the problem. It's plentiful. Sometimes too plentiful. What's missing is a real teacher in the room.
I'm 53 now. Post-menopause. I still put it all in practice every day. The story I had at 42 is still the story. I'm just not stuck in it anymore.

Questions Women Actually Ask
What does a typical week look like?
Each week you get a new module delivered straight to your inbox. Short audio or video, plus any downloads tied to that week. From there, you join the weekly Live Room on Google Meet (the time slot alternates week to week) to ask your questions live and go deeper with the teacher.
What if I can't make a Live Room session?
The Live Room time slot alternates week to week (one morning, one afternoon), so check the schedule and plan for the one that works for you. If you can't make it, every Live Room is recorded and the replay goes up within 24 hours.
Why only one Live Room a week?
Because the teaching lives in the weekly module, not the Live Room. The Live Room is where you ask your questions and go deeper. One a week, with the time slot alternating between a morning and an afternoon, keeps it manageable for women already running on empty, and gives both hemispheres live access across the 10 weeks.
Are the modules live, or recorded?
The modules are recorded, so you can watch or listen on your own time, on a walk or a commute. The live part is the weekly Live Room, where you bring your questions to a real teacher. You get the flexibility of recorded lessons and the support of a live room every week.
Do I need to be diagnosed with perimenopause to join?
No. If something has shifted in your body and you think it's hormonal, the Navigator will give you a framework for what's happening. You don't need a diagnosis to start. Not sure where you are? Take the 3-minute quiz first.
Is this medical advice?
No. I'm a certified menopause coaching specialist, not a doctor. Everything I teach is evidence-based education designed to help you understand what's happening and have better conversations with your healthcare provider. Module 9 is specifically about how to walk into your doctor's office and actually be heard.
What if I've already tried everything?
Most of the women I work with feel that way when they find this. The difference here is that you're not just getting information. You're getting it live, with a community, in a structure that builds module over module. Ask your questions live. Get answers. Walk away with something you can actually use.
When can I join? Is there a waitlist?
Enrollment opens soon. The first wave starts Monday, September 14, 2026, and the Navigator runs evergreen after that with rolling enrollment. Sign up for updates and you'll be first to know when the doors open. The price is $247 CAD, evergreen, with no early-bird window.
Why is the Navigator priced in CAD when 1:1 coaching is USD?
I'm based in British Columbia, so the Navigator runs in my local currency. The 1:1 work runs through Macros Inc, who price in USD and accept HSA/FSA for US clients. The quiz, both podcasts, and the Translation Note are free in any currency.
You already know something has to change.
You've read the articles. You've listened to the podcasts. You've tried to piece it together on your own. And you're still awake at 3am, still feeling like your body isn't yours anymore, still waiting for someone to explain it clearly.
The Perimenopause Navigator is 10 weeks of exactly that. Live, structured, evergreen, with someone who has been where you are and knows the way through.
Ten weeks from now, the 3am wake-ups finally make sense and the noise has gone quiet. You feel like yourself again, steadier than you've been in a long time, and clear that you were never the problem.
Enrollment opens soon. Program starts Monday, September 14, 2026. $247 CAD, evergreen.
