It’s Not You.
It’s Perimenopause.
And You Can Feel Like Yourself Again.
If your body stopped making sense in your 40s and your doctor keeps telling you everything looks fine — you’re not imagining it, you’re not dramatic, and you are not alone. The 8-Week Perimenopause Navigator gives you real answers, live, with someone who has been exactly where you are.
“I’ve tried everything and nothing works for me anymore.”
“My doctor says my bloodwork is fine. But something is not fine.”
“I don’t want another program I’ll never finish. I’m too tired for that.”
“What if this is just what getting older feels like and I have to accept it?”
Those aren’t weak thoughts. They’re the natural result of being failed by a system that wasn’t built to understand perimenopause — and let down by programs that gave you information but not support.
This is different. Not because of what’s in it. Because of what happens when you’re actually in a room with someone who gets it, learning alongside women going through the exact same thing, in real time.
Your body changed. Your doctor said you’re fine. And you’re still awake at 3AM wondering what’s wrong with you.
The weight that used to come off with a few good weeks isn’t budging, and you’re gaining around the middle in a way that’s never happened before. Your mood swings between rage and tears with zero warning. Brain fog so thick you forgot your best friend’s name mid-sentence. Sleep is a joke. Energy crashed somewhere around 2PM and never came back.
And you’ve tried to figure it out. You’ve Googled. You’ve listened to the podcasts. You’ve read the articles, bought the books, maybe even tried a supplement or two. And you’re still here, still waking up at 3AM, still feeling like something is wrong that nobody can explain.
You tried eating less. Cutting carbs. More workouts. Different workouts. Supplements someone on Instagram swore by. None of it worked the way it used to. And every time something didn’t stick, you blamed yourself.
That wasn’t failure. That was perimenopause changing the rules without telling you. The old approach was never going to work, because it wasn’t built for this phase of life.
The problem isn’t that you haven’t found enough information. It’s that you’ve been piecing it together alone — without structure, without someone who can answer YOUR specific questions, without a community of women going through the same thing. That’s what’s been missing. That’s exactly what the Perimenopause Navigator is.
The three things most women think before they join the Perimenopause Navigator
- “I’ve tried programs before and nothing sticks.” If you’ve never had a certified menopause specialist in the room with you in real time, you haven’t tried this. The Perimenopause Navigator isn’t a self-paced course you’ll bookmark and never open. It’s 8 live weekly classes with a real person, a small group of women you’ll actually get to know, and a structure that builds week over week. You show up Thursday nights, ask your questions live, and get real answers.
- “I don’t have the time or energy for one more thing.” One hour a week, Thursday at 4PM PST. That’s it. Every class is recorded and the replay is up within 24 hours if life happens. The weekly audio lesson is designed for a walk or a commute. This was built for women who are already running on empty — not women with hours to spare.
- “What if I do this and still don’t feel better?” That’s not a question about motivation. That’s a question about trust, and it makes complete sense if you’ve been failed before. Here’s what I can promise: real education, live answers to YOUR specific questions, and the structure to actually use what you learn. I can’t promise you’ll feel exactly like you did at 30 by Week 8 — nobody honest can. What I can tell you is that if you show up, you’ll leave understanding your body in a way you never have before. If you’re not sure it’s the right fit, reply to me before you sign up. I’d rather help you decide than have you wonder.
I’m Catharine. I was 42 when perimenopause hit me like a freight train. Heart palpitations. Insomnia. Brain fog so bad I couldn’t remember words mid-sentence. Three different doctors told me everything was normal. It wasn’t.
It took me two years of research, trial and error, and eventually getting the right support to feel like myself again. That experience changed the direction of my career. I got certified, went deep into the research, and started working with women one-on-one. Over the last several years, I’ve supported hundreds of women navigating exactly this.
I know this terrain inside and out because I’ve lived it, studied it, and supported women through every version of it. And now I’m opening the door to a small group who want to learn directly from me, live, every week, until this finally makes sense.
The Meno Collective: 8-Week Perimenopause Navigator
This is a live, cohort-based group education program. Not a membership. Not a self-paced course collecting dust in your inbox. Eight weeks of structured learning, live teaching, and a small community of women going through it right alongside you.
But here’s what matters most: you’re not just going to understand what’s happening. You’re going to leave knowing how to act on it — even when you’re tired and life is busy.
By the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll know how to:
- Build a weekly food rhythm that works with perimenopause (including weekends and dining out)
- Run a “hard day” plan when sleep is broken and life is loud, so you don’t spiral and restart every Monday
- Set a movement baseline that supports muscle, recovery, and how your body actually feels right now
- Track your symptoms in a simple way so you can spot patterns and bring real data to your doctor
- Walk into a medical conversation with the language, questions, and confidence to be heard (including HRT discussions if relevant)
Then you show up Thursday nights, ask your questions live, get real answers, and leave with an actual perimenopause toolkit you know how to use.
- 8 weeks, fixed start and end date
- 1 live group Zoom class per week (60 min) — teaching + Q&A, Thursdays at 4PM PST / 7PM EST
- A private Facebook group just for your cohort (discussion, support, accountability between classes)
- A weekly lesson as a short audio or video so you can learn on your own time
- Replays of every live class within 24 hours
- A complete perimenopause toolkit you keep after the program ends
This is intentionally small. Limited seats. You’re not a face in a crowd of hundreds. You get to ask YOUR questions, about YOUR body, about YOUR situation.
Already working with me as a coaching client? The Perimenopause Navigator is the education layer that puts everything we’re doing together in context. Understanding the why behind your body’s changes makes the work we’re doing land differently. You’re welcome here, and the introductory rate applies to you too.
Here’s What We Cover in the Perimenopause Navigator
What’s Actually Happening: Your Perimenopause Roadmap
The hormonal shifts, the stages, the timeline. Why everything feels different and what your body is actually doing. This is the foundation that makes everything else click.
Sleep, Energy & the 3AM Wake-Up
Why you can’t sleep, why you’re exhausted by noon, and what to do about both. Practical strategies that work with your changing hormones, not against them.
Emotions, Mood & the Rage That Comes From Nowhere
The anxiety. The irritability. The tears over a cereal commercial. Why it’s happening, what’s hormonal versus situational, and how to find your footing again.
Your Changing Body: Weight, Metabolism & Muscle
Why the scale moved and your jeans don’t fit. What’s actually going on with your metabolism. How to work with your body instead of fighting a war you can’t win.
Nutrition That Works WITH Your Hormones
No diets. No restriction. Evidence-based nutrition strategies that support where your body is right now. Protein, fibre, meal timing, and how to eat in a way that actually makes you feel good.
Movement & Recovery: Training Smarter, Not Harder
Why your old workout routine stopped working. What kind of movement actually helps in perimenopause. Strength training, recovery, and why more is not always better.
Advocacy: Navigating Doctors, Treatment Options & Your Own Decisions
How to talk to your doctor so they actually listen. What to ask for. MHT, supplements, and the options available to you. This is about having the information to make YOUR decisions with confidence.
Your Perimenopause Toolkit + What’s Next
Everything from the last 7 weeks pulled together into your personal action plan. And if you want ongoing personalised support, I’ll walk you through the options — including 1-on-1 coaching through Macros Inc.
You don’t have to take my word for it
“Her wisdom and knowledge within the changing hormones landscape have been invaluable to me. She assesses without rushing, understands the science and empowers so you can find your own answers that work for you. Understanding just how big an impact perimenopause is having on my overall well-being, work, parenting and outlook on life has been epic. Where I felt down on myself she kept encouraging and cheerleading, giving me hope we would find answers and that this phase would pass. Knowing I’m not alone in it has been life-saving.”
— Eleni H.
“Catharine explained what was happening to my body in a way no doctor ever had.”
— Jessica D.
“I finally understood why everything changed after 40. She makes the science make sense.”
— Amanda L.
“She doesn’t talk at you — she teaches you in a way you actually absorb.”
— Sydney P.
“For the first time I felt like I understood my own hormones.”
— Nicole C.
The Perimenopause Navigator is for you if…
The Perimenopause Navigator is a small-group live program — not a course, not a membership. Here’s who it’s built for:
- You’re in your late 30s to mid-50s and something has shifted. Your body feels unfamiliar and nobody is giving you a straight answer about why.
- You’re tired of being told it’s “just stress” or “just aging” when you know it’s more than that.
- You want real, science-based information. Not wellness influencer fluff. Not your aunt’s advice about black cohosh.
- You want to learn from someone who has actually been through it, not someone reading from a script.
- You like the idea of a small group where you can actually ask questions and be heard.
- You’re ready to stop going through it alone.
This is NOT for you if:
- You want a quick fix or a magic supplement.
- You’re looking for medical advice or a replacement for your doctor.
- You prefer to figure things out entirely on your own. Nothing wrong with that. This just isn’t that.
I’m Catharine Adams. Certified menopause educator, host of the Meno Collective Podcast and the Macro Mindset Podcast, and a woman who personally went through every single thing I teach about.
I was 42 when perimenopause hit me like a freight train. Heart palpitations. Insomnia. Brain fog so bad I couldn’t remember words. Three different doctors told me everything was “normal.” It wasn’t. It took me two years of research, trial and error, and eventually getting the right support to feel like myself again.
That experience changed the direction of my career. I got certified, went deep into the research, and started working with women one-on-one. Over the last several years, I’ve supported hundreds of women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and everything that comes with midlife.
I built the Meno Collective because I know what it feels like to be alone in this. To think you’re broken. To not have anyone who actually understands. You’re not broken. You just need the right information and the right support. Explore our free perimenopause resources to get started.

Questions You Might Have
When do the live classes happen?
Every Thursday at 4:00 PM PST / 7:00 PM EST from May 14 to July 2, 2026. Each class runs about 60 minutes: 40-45 minutes of teaching plus 15-20 minutes of live Q&A.
What if I can’t make a live class?
Every class is recorded and the replay goes up within 24 hours. You can also drop your questions in the FB group beforehand and I’ll answer them during the live Q&A.
Do I need to be diagnosed with perimenopause to join?
No. If you’re experiencing symptoms and you think something hormonal is going on, this program will give you clarity. You don’t need a diagnosis to start learning about your own body.
Is this medical advice?
No. I’m a certified menopause educator, not a doctor. Everything I teach is evidence-based education designed to help you understand what’s happening and have better conversations with your healthcare provider. Week 7 is literally about how to advocate for yourself with your doctor.
What if I’ve already tried everything?
Most of the women I work with feel that way when they find this. The difference here is that you’re not just getting information — you’re getting it live, with a community, in a structure that builds week over week. Ask your questions live. Get real answers. Walk away with something you can actually use.
Will there be another cohort if I can’t join this one?
That’s the plan. Cohort 2 runs in September 2026. But the introductory rate of $197 CAD is only available for Cohort 1. Regular price will be $247 CAD starting in September.
You’ve been white-knuckling this long enough.
You’ve read the articles. You’ve listened to the podcasts. You’ve cut the carbs, added the workouts, tried the supplements someone swore by on Instagram. You’ve pieced it together on your own, and you’re still awake at 3AM, still feeling like your body isn’t yours anymore. This program has been waiting for you. Not the other way around.
The Perimenopause Navigator is 8 weeks of exactly that. Live, structured, small group, with someone who has been where you are and knows the way through. If you’ve been waiting for something that actually fits your life right now — the Perimenopause Navigator is it.
The next cohort starts May 14. There are limited seats, and the introductory rate goes away after this cohort closes.
